Marshfield Clinic Health System: Capturing Stakeholder Feedback Project

Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) contracted with WIPPS Research Partners to collect data from community partners and stakeholders across its service area in north-central Wisconsin to gather information and stakeholder input on system-wide priorities, including alcohol and substance abuse, behavioral health, and chronic disease prevention and management. The study involved over 50 key informants in seven separate communities. The results have been used by MCHS to inform their strategic plans and to allocate appropriate resources. As a secondary objective, MCHS has used the information to build and sustain their relationships with local communities and stakeholders beginning with listening, learning, increasing community-engaged outreach, and incorporating more community input into strategic planning processes.
