Toward One Wausau Recap (featured in WZAW)

WZAW: Almost 400 people took an online survey, and more than 300 people participated in both listening sessions and dialogues in what organizers call the first ‘phase’ of the project.

One takeaway from project was that Wausau would be more welcoming if people who look and think differently got to know each other through individual and group activities.

Members of Toward One Wausau, Tony Gonzalez and Chris Norfleet joined the Deep Bench Friday before the event to talk about the year-long study and why it was needed in the community.
