My name is Francisco Guerrero I work as Health Navigator, Community Health Coordinator. My role as community health coordinator is to provide the tools that my team need to be successful. I like to empower the work everyone does to better serve our communities. As a Health Navigator I assist uninsured people find option that can help them with health insurance coverage.
