Jeffrey Todd

Jeff recently retired after 43 years in health care, most recently as Bureau Chief for Quality Management at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services where he was responsible for the quality of medical care received by the state’s 3.3 million Medicaid recipients. For nearly a decade immediately preceding, Jeff managed an array of primary and specialty care clinics for the Aspirus health system in north central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). As a WIPPS partner, Jeff helped found and manage the Hmong/Hispanic Communication Network in Central Wisconsin and consults regularly on health-related projects.
