Mary Kluz, M.S.

Mary is an independent consultant who designs and facilitates discussions to engage many sectors of the community in choosing their future.  She specializes in process facilitation skills, including strategic planning, World Café, and graphic facilitation among other methods. She recently retired as an Associate Professor of Community Resource Development for the University of Wisconsin-Madison and prior to that she served as a Community Outreach Specialist for UW-Extension. Her university work focused on educating community partners about the relevance of broadband utilization for community and economic development. She also developed programs in collaboration with county-based local government leaders and educators to address concerns around broadband adoption and access. As an administrative Lean team member and trainer, Mary led lean process events with county departments such as Finance, Employee Resources, Facilities and Capital Management, Social Services and Highway.
