Billy Graham Center director to speak Sept. 13
at eighth Veninga Lecture

Nationally recognized evangelist, author and executive director of the Billy Graham Center will headline the eighth Veninga Lecture on Religion and Society on September 13.

Ed Stetzer, Ph.D., will speak on “Christians in the Age of Outrage: How to Bring our Best When the World is at its Worst.” This is the title of his most recent book, which will be released in October.

Dr. Stetzer holds the Billy Graham Distinguished Chair for Church, Mission and Evangelism at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. In addition to leading the Billy Graham Center, he chairs the Evangelism and Leadership Department in Wheaton’s graduate school.

A prolific author and well-known conference speaker, Dr. Stetzer has organized, revitalized and pastored churches and trained pastors on six continents, holds two masters’ and two doctoral degrees, and has written over a dozen books and hundreds of articles.
