WIPPS and the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters will present an event featuring experts on the Congress, the Constitution and the presidency. They will address the limits of institutional power and how the relationship between the three has changed over time, most notably in the 21st century. The moderated panel discussion will be followed by a public question and answer session.
